1. Scope of Services
Recruitora provides professional services, digital products, and physical goods as described below. By engaging with any category, you agree to these Terms.
1.1 Professional Services
Services include career coaching, personalized consultations, and resume reviews. Payments are due in advance. All professional services are non-refundable once delivered because resources and time are allocated per engagement. However, you may reschedule a booked session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. To request a reschedule, please use our contact form.
1.2 Digital Products (Infoproducts)
Digital products include e-guides, online training modules, and webinars. Access is granted immediately after purchase. All digital products are non-refundable after access is provided. If you encounter technical difficulties accessing your purchase, we will offer support or a replacement copy.
1.3 Physical Goods
Physical goods include printed materials and branded merchandise. You may return physical items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. After we receive and inspect the items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 calendar days.
2. Refund Policy
Our refund procedures are tailored to each category:
- Professional Services: Non-refundable once the service is delivered. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Digital Products: Non-refundable once access is granted. Technical issues are handled via replacement or support.
- Physical Goods: Eligible for refund within 30 days of delivery. The customer covers return shipping. Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
To request a refund or reschedule a service, please submit your request via our contact form. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you prefer to apply the credit toward future services, please specify this in your request.
3. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect upon posting on our website. Continued use of Recruitora constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
